I grew up in this business. My dad, Grant, founded this brokerage in 1971, and some of my earliest memories are climbing into his car and tagging along to appointments. I didn't always understand what was happening, but I learned how he treated people — with patience, with honesty, and with genuine care for whether they ended up in the right situation. That stuck with me.

When I joined the company in 2011, I wasn't starting over — I was coming home. This community, this market, and this business have been part of my life since I was a kid. I take that seriously.

Before focusing full-time on real estate, I spent nearly a decade in financial services — as an investment adviser and a mortgage banker. Most real estate decisions are also financial decisions, and I have the training to think through them that way — modeling net proceeds, evaluating financing options, and making sure you understand exactly what you're signing before you sign it.
