A family business, fifty years in the making

From Grant Hamady's first sale to HamadyRobinson, REALTORS® today — one family's promise to Genesee County, kept one home at a time.

The name on the door means something here

In Flint, the Hamady name fed the town before it ever sold it a home — from the Hamady Bros. grocery stores founded in 1911 to more than five decades of real estate. What started as one man building a client base on handshakes and referrals grew into a full-service brokerage — residential sales, property management, rentals, and senior living services — still run by the family and partners who answer the phone themselves.

In 2026, the firm began its newest chapter: stepping away from a national franchise to become HamadyRobinson, REALTORS® — an independent brand that honors the heritage of the Hamady family and the forward-looking leadership of co-owners David Hamady and Andrea Robinson. A new name. A renewed vision. A continued legacy.

What five decades taught us

I.

Respect

Every client, every home, every price point. We treat your investment the way we'd treat our own — because our name is on the sign in the yard.

II.

Reliability

Fifty years in the same community means we can't hide from our work. We show up, we follow through, and we're still here when you need us next.

III.

Relationships

Our business is built on client referrals — relationships that last long after closing day, often across generations of the same family.
