It was an interesting process, but only because of COVID. We bought our house in June of 2020. And just to make things more difficult, we were coming from out of state with only two separate weekend trips to get the house found and purchased, Our realtor gave us some sanity and made it happen.

Great ppl to rent from

We have used Weichert-Grant Hamady for 10 years now. We have bought properties with their help, and we use them as our main property management We have dealt with other property managers, and they are by far the best. They aren't perfect, but they are polite and they really try. Currently, we have Amy Garza working on a problem with us and she is really going the extra mile. We are thankful that she is there for us.
